The Planify legal
These Terms govern vendor registration, marketplace listings, subscriptions, portfolio content, and the Digital Contract documentation feature.
All photos, videos, logos, descriptions, pricing, and other content uploaded by vendors must be original or legally owned by the vendor. The Planify may remove copyrighted, misleading, or plagiarized content without prior notice.
If plagiarism or copyright infringement is found, The Planify may suspend or terminate the vendor's subscription immediately without a refund. Repeated violations may result in permanent blacklisting from the Platform.
All payments made towards subscription plans, setup charges, profile upgrades, featured listings, or any other services provided by The Planify are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
If applicable, the one-time setup fee charged during onboarding is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against future subscriptions, renewals, or upgrades.
The Planify is a vendor discovery and event marketplace platform. Purchasing a subscription plan does not guarantee any minimum number of enquiries, bookings, customers, or business.
Any estimated enquiries or visibility projections shared by The Planify are indicative only and must not be considered a guarantee.
To maximize visibility and customer engagement, vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate profiles and professional customer communication. The Planify is not responsible for business loss arising from incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate vendor profiles.
Vendor subscriptions remain active only for the purchased duration. Once a subscription expires, premium benefits, search visibility, featured placements, and other paid features may be suspended until renewal.
The Planify may modify subscription benefits, pricing, or features in future plans with prior notice.
All subscription charges are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST or any other applicable taxes will be charged as required by the prevailing laws of India.
Vendors must maintain respectful and professional behaviour while interacting with customers, other vendors, and The Planify team. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without a refund, and repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.
The Planify provides a Digital Contract feature to facilitate clear communication between vendors and customers.
The Planify acts only as a technology platform and is not a legal party to any agreement entered into between vendors and customers. Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling the terms agreed upon in their contracts.
The Planify is not responsible for disputes related to service quality, cancellations, refunds, delays, payments, damages, or any contractual disagreements between vendors and customers.
The Planify may review complaints and take appropriate action, including profile suspension or removal, if a vendor violates Platform policies.
The Planify may request business verification documents such as a GST certificate, PAN, Aadhaar, business registration, or other relevant documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in profile suspension or removal.
The Planify may modify these Terms & Conditions, subscription plans, pricing, Platform features, or policies at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
